Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your business name, your name, phone number, email address, business type, the service you need, how often you need it, your pickup ZIP code, and any notes you add.

If we use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, they may use cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site.

2. Patient and health information

Please do not send patient names or health information through our website, email, or text messages. Our website is not designed to receive protected health information (PHI).

When we handle items for healthcare clients that include PHI, we do so as part of our delivery services under a written agreement with that client, including a Business Associate Agreement when one is required.
